Flame / Gas Detection

Rosemount™ 975HR Multi-Spectrum Infrared Hydrogen Flame Detector

The Rosemount 975HR Multi-spectrum Infrared Hydrogen Flame Detector is specifically designed for the detection of hydrocarbon and hydrogen flames. It detects hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires at long distances with the highest immunity to false alarms. The 975HR is the most durable and weather resistant hydrogen flame detector on the market. Its features include a heated window to eliminate condensation and icing, HART®, lower power requirements and a compact lighter design.

Rosemount™ 975MR Multi-spectrum Infrared Flame Detector

The Rosemount 975MR multi-spectrum infrared flame detector is based on accurately analyzing the multi-spectral signals by utilizing three separate IR sensors. The 975MR detects fuel and gas fires at long distances. For example, this product will detect a 1 ft2 (0.1m2) gasoline pan fire at 215 ft (65 m) in less than 5 seconds. The 975MR also provides the highest immunity to false alarms and enhanced overall coverage range.

Rosemount™ 975UF Ultra Fast Ultraviolet Infrared Flame Detector

The Rosemount 975UF ultra fast ultraviolet infrared flame detector can detect hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires, hydroxyl and hydrogen fires, as well as metal and inorganic fires. This UV/IR flame detector senses radiant energy in the short wave section of both the ultraviolet and infrared portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. The signals from both sensors are analyzed for frequency, intensity and duration. Simultaneous detection of radiant energy in both the UV and IR sensors triggers an alarm signal. The UV sensor incorporates a special logic circuit that helps prevent false alarms caused by solar radiation.

Rosemount™ 975UR Ultraviolet Infrared Flame Detector

The signals from both sensors are analyzed for frequency, intensity and duration. Simultaneous detection of radiant energy in both the UV and IR sensors triggers an alarm signal. The UV sensor incorporates a special logic circuit that helps prevent false alarms caused by solar radiation.

Net Safety Millennium SC1100 Catalytic Bead Combustible Gas Detector

The SC1100 catalytic bead gas detector continuously monitors your site for the presence of combustible gases. The SC1100's proprietary SensorGuard feature protects sensors from damage caused by extended exposure to high concentrations of combustible gases.

Net Safety Millennium ST Electrochemical Toxic Gas Detector

The Millennium ST Series of toxic gas detectors utilize electrochemical sensing technology to continuously monitor your site for a wide range of toxic gas types. The Millennium ST Series of sensors are fast, accurate, and requires only periodic calibration and maintenance with a typical sensor life of 3-5 years.
