Standard type / GRW・GRP・GR
This type is a replacement type of the conventional type (GR). This type is usable at the low range of differential pressure (under 0.1MPa). The upper-and-lower flanges are a circle flange according to a piping standard. According to your request, we manufacture the flange of JIS10K,JIS5K, JPI and ASME standard without Flange thickness. (Flange thickness is our standard.) We manufacture the rotary valve (GRP) which has rectangular flange upon requests.
Middle pressure seal type (high seal)/ER
This type is usable at the middle range of differential pressure (under 0.2MPa).
High pressure seal type (super high seal) /HR
The "HR type" rotary feeder which SANKO developed newly has the high difference pressure seal efficiency to realize the optima pellet plug flow conveying system more from former "HPR type" (the contact method), making improvement by non-contact method. Also, it has wide series from the small to the large types (nine types) and the various needs of customers become able to be answered for.
Type AGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Replaceable sleeve type
This type is designed for use in abrasive powder. The casing rotor rotating section is of a sleeve replaceable type: the unit is restored by replacing the sleeve, if worn, without damaging the casing.
Motor direct connection type / DGR
Rotary feeder connected with the motor directly. It can be installed in a small space. So a chain and sprockets are unnecessary, there are few dangerous parts and the maintenance of oil supply etc. is unnecessary. Capacity can be changed by using the inverter motor.
Type CGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Ceramic sleeve system
This type is an upgraded version of type AGR, which uses alumina ceramics having an excellent abration resistance for replaceable sleeve material. This material exhibits a much higher durability than of Type AGR of cast steel.
Type ADR (Large-capacity double-barrel type)
This Type is a laege-capasity rotary feeder of 200t/h or more. The spacing is smaller, compared with the single-barrel type, and this type can be manufactured to a high precision.
Adhesion prevention type / Scraping blade type / KR
Scraping blade under the rotor removes conveying materials adhered in the rotor pocket. It prevents conveying problems.
Type TR (Adhesion preventive type) ･Thru-off type
This type is used for tacky powder, which is coupled direct with a transport pipe in the direction of main body shaft.
Type PR (High-pressure design type)
This type, which is used at a high pressure of 10 to 50kg/㎤G, can be designed and manufactured as desired.
Special specification type / High temperature type / HGR
It is a rotary feeder for the high temperature that makes the bearing water-cooled. It uses it at chiefly 300℃ or more.
Special specification type / Mechanical seal type
Replacing with grand packing and In order to prevent gas leak and powder leak completely, Rotary feeder can be equipped with a mechanical seal. An economical running cost is realized and it is an eco-friendly Rotary feeder.
