Standard type unit /GR unit
It is the product, which realizes the improvement in stable supplying performance and the miniaturization, by the latest technology.This type is "Standard seal" type of rotary feeder whose maximum seal pressure is under 0.1MPa.
Middle pressure seal type unit (high seal)/ER unit
This type is usable at the middle range of differential pressure (under 0.2MPa). In case of pellet, "Pellet Bites" is reduced by "W" shape of the casing. Casing and Rotor for ER-unit share with that of GR-unit. And ER-unit is usable at the middle range of differential pressure by devising Side Cover.
High pressure seal type unit (super high seal) /HR unit
This type is a non-contact type of Rotary Feeder which has the performance as high pressure seal. As for the seal pressure, even 0.4MPa is possible. This type can decrease the leakage gas by using vent nozzle on the casing and side plate of the rotor. We realize the stable supplying in high differential pressure, with using the vent chamber (PATENT).
